From Sketch to Container: Our Collaborative Process
Developing a new product from scratch can be daunting. We have simplified our workflow into a transparent 4-step process to ensure that the final product matches your exact specifications.
1. Consultation & Feasibility Study
It all starts with an idea. Whether you have professional CAD files or just a rough sketch on a napkin, our team is ready to listen.
Material Advice: We specialize in Grade B Teak, advising on construction methods that maximize this material's durability and natural character while keeping your project cost-effective.
Value Engineering: If a design is too expensive to manufacture, we suggest smart modifications to lower costs without compromising the aesthetic.
2. Technical Shop Drawings
We don't guess dimensions. Before a single piece of wood is cut, our internal drafters create detailed Shop Drawings.
These technical blueprints confirm every joint, curve, and dimension (in mm).
We send these to you for approval. This ensures that what you see on paper is exactly what you get in the container.
3. Prototyping (The Golden Sample)
For bulk orders (such as hotel rooms or restaurant seating), we strictly recommend producing a Prototype or "Golden Sample" first.
Touch and Feel: This allows you to test the ergonomics (comfort), check the finish color under real light, and verify the stability.
Correction: If the backrest needs to be 2cm higher, we change it here. Once the sample is signed off, it becomes the benchmark for the entire production run.
4. Scalable Mass Production
Once the Golden Sample is approved, we move to mass production.
Consistency is Key: We create custom jigs and templates for every component. This ensures that chair #1 and chair #500 are identical in shape and size.
QC at Every Step: Our Quality Control team uses the approved Shop Drawings as a checklist throughout the cutting, assembling, and finishing stages.
